 This firm is operated by Mike who is a very professional, reassuring and competent man. He helped me overcome a difficult computing situation and, not only that, gave me all the advice I needed to allow my computer to get up and running again. I will definitely be using his services again when the need arises. He is also good value for money, unlike many.

 A complete inspection and maintenance was carried out on my computer in a very professional manner, and I was kept informed at all times of just what was being done and why.
I would call on you again with no hesitation should the need to do so arise, and I will certainly recommend you to my friends and relatives in the future.

 Laptop had fatal error and all photos on the hard disk were lost. External hard disk simultaneously suffered failure, but Mike used other software and his expertise to recover all the photos from it, as good as new, to DVD. A great relief as many were of my 16 month old son's first year.

 The nasty virus on my laptop was removed quickly and professionally by a really knowledgeable, helpful IT expert with very reasonable charges. A pleasure to do business with and grateful a crisis speedily resolved.

 The request was for refresher training in Excel and Powerpoint Microsoft programmes. A brief review of my past work was carried out. A programme was used to explain the various functions for Excel and Powerpoint. I was completely satisfied with the progress made by the end of the sessions. The course was informative and interesting.

 Mike sorted out my problem with Outlook (problem with PST file)and was very responsive (within 2 hours) so I was very pleased. I shall be using Mike again should I have the need.

 It has been great working with you to develop our new website, Mike - a proper partnership. Not always easy to please everyone when the customer is a committee for an organisation such as a large choir - with many opinions!  Mike provided MS 2010 office training which allowed an easy and quick grasp of the fundamentals. Mike explained concepts clearly and quickly and provided some short cuts to speed up my working. At the end he downloaded examples of his workings.

 Mike installed a complete new computer system, transfered all the existing data,ensuring the data was up-to-date, set up the networking and gave very good instructions on the new system. He also advised us on the type of system to purchase, taking into account our requirements. We would definitely recommend his services.
